We're proudly South Australian and use only the finest local ingredients wherever possible.

All products go through a natural fermentation process, meaning there's tonnes of good stuff for your health and well-being without compromising flavour.

Our range is full of naturally occuring umami that you can use to replace things like salt and flavour enhancers.

ABOUT 
YUMI

Yumi has been refining her passion for sharing food and exploring different flavours for a lifetime. 

Starting from humble beginnings in Nagano, Japan learning the family tradition of making miso to working as the development chef executive at Shobosho and Sous chef at Kenji Modern Japanese.

Now Yumi's vision is to share Japanese-inspired flavours with people to use in their home.
